Meet my new friends at the AQS Show

Meet my new friend Eizabeth Adair. Together with her daughter, she owns Grand Bazaar Fabrics, an online fabric store featuring bright, bold prints. Her booth was extremely colorful and busy! Check out her website

Here is Elizabeth's beautiful daughter, Jenna Street. Jenna is an artist who was often busy gathering ideas for quilting projects. Jenna and Elizabeth are thinking strongly about opening their own shop in Atlanta.

Isn't this a great necklace? Nancy Watts purchased it for me ($18) from Pam Bocko, owner and creator of Pieceful Designs. Pam says she can hardly keep up with the bobbin necklace orders. She winds the bobbins and has her husband string the beads.

Pam Bocko, owner of Pieceful Designs, is from Eugene Oregon. Her parents had travelled to Paducah to help Pam with her booth. Pam has some extremely creative patterns and kits in her online store. Visit her website at

Pam Potter is my booth buddy and next door neighor. She owns New Hampshire Quilters' Emporium, an online store. Pam's booth was filled with precuts, patterns and clever samples. She had a large selection of Minky kits that were very popular with the crowds. Visit Pam's website

Pam was assisted in her booth by her lovely daughter.

Two more friends, Nancy Jordan (right) and Karol Paulus(left) were busy in their booth, Karol owns the online store and stocks the full line of Kaffe Fassett fabrics. Visit their online store
