A moment on Monday With Nancy

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
Bob and I are on our way to New Mexico to spend with family. Yay! We get to see a grandchild!
Of course Bob's way to New Mexico is through Denver so we can go to a Bronco game. And boy what a game it was too! Just a little cold but such an exciting game.
While driving I did get a project finished. A gift for a new baby.

Before we left I was able to finish a little disappearing 4 patch from a Marmalade charm pack by
Moda.

How cute is that? ( I think it's now time to find a new pattern.)

We've been busy at the shop. Teresa should be back next week. We've been busy finding room for all the new fabric that has been coming in. I'm anxious to hear all the things Teresa has been up to in Australia. My mind is going all over the place with new projects and I have to use so much self control reminding myself of things I really need to finish before I can start something new. (well a couple anyway)

One thing I have always wanted to do was a Cathedral Window quilt.  I saw a few at Festival and it managed to stir that longing again. But can you blame me?

All done by hand
Its so colorful. I actually have a collection of fabrics
I've started for this quilt. The colors aren't exactly the same...( It's in my closet.:)

Here's hoping you all have a Happy Thanksgiving. We all have so much to be thankful. I know I do. :) If you are traveling, safe travels. My very best to you all!

Happy Quilting,
Nancy
